Terms of service
Current version: 1.2.0 — effective September 25, 2026
Homeschool Harbor, available at ourhomeschoolharbor.com and operated by Jason Hudson, helps families coordinate everyday responsibilities. By using Homeschool Harbor, you agree to use it lawfully and to keep your account credentials private.
Adults are responsible for their family account and any child profiles they create. Children do not create accounts or provide their own contact information.
Children and parental consent
Only an adult can create a child profile, and only after completing our verifiable-parental-consent process. See our privacy policy for the full COPPA notice: what information we collect about a child, why, who we share it with, and a parent’s rights to review, correct, and delete it — including the plain disclosure that removing a single family member anonymizes rather than deletes the shared activity history tied to them.
Content and acceptable use
You are responsible for content uploaded through your family account. You may not upload or use Homeschool Harbor to store content that is illegal, exploitative, abusive, or that infringes another person’s rights.
Safety enforcement
We may block or remove access to content, quarantine uploaded assets, and suspend or terminate an account when we reasonably believe that these terms have been violated, a person may be at risk, or action is needed to protect Homeschool Harbor or comply with law. We may preserve and report relevant account and content records when legally required.
To report prohibited content or a safety concern, use our public abuse reporting contact. Do not send or attach suspected illegal imagery to a report.
Your acceptance records the exact version shown in the app. These terms are effective September 25, 2026.
